Factory Installation: Scope and objectives
Our brief covered end-to-end delivery: feasibility studies, supplier coordination, health & safety documentation, equipment installation, controls integration and operator training. We aligned with the client’s investment plan and site timelines, minimising downtime while preparing the facility for high-throughput production. Our accredited teams (SafeContractor, ECA, IOSH) led the works with robust governance and RAMS.
Lift & shift with automatic robotic skates
Deploying automatic robotic skates enabled precise, low-risk positioning of heavy assets, reducing manual handling and speeding installation. This approach supports safer routes, tighter tolerances and faster programme delivery compared with conventional methods – especially valuable on brownfield footprints or where aisle access is constrained. M&E, controls and commissioning
Our mechanical and electrical engineers completed containment, power, controls, and functional testing before live commissioning. Using tools such as Trimble for accurate cable calculations, we streamlined installation and reduced waste. The result: a clean, compliant distribution and control set-up ready for handover.
