As we run into Christmas, it’s a good time to look forward; not with vague “new year, new us” talk, but with a clear idea of what we’re building.

2025 gave us momentum: a stronger setup, new customer relationships, and fast growth in FESS Polska. It also exposed the reality of modern delivery work: multiple contracts live at once, tight windows, and teams stretched across installs.

So 2026 is about taking the next step: growth, capacity, and structure.

What we’re looking forward to in 2026

FESS Group is aiming to shift into the next phase of growth, with an ambition to:

increase turnover by 30–40%
employ additional resources
streamline structures so delivery stays consistent even when demand is high

In plain terms: keep the pace but remove the friction.

What’s changing in the wider industry

Across the food and manufacturing world, the pace of change continues to accelerate. One trend we’re seeing more of is the influence of AI on systems and structures in industry.

For customers, that usually translates into higher expectations: reliability, traceability, speed, consistency, and partners who can keep up.
