Run into Christmas: A 2025 Thank You from FESS Group
As we run into Christmas, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to customers we’ve supported in the past, customers we’re working with right now, and customers we’ve yet to meet.
2025 has been a proper working year for FESS Group: busy, demanding, and full of progress. If we had to sum it up in a few lines, it would be this: steady growth, bigger expectations, and a team that kept delivering when the pressure was on.
Three wins from 2025
A few stand-out wins from the year:
1) A new workshop location
A new base isn’t just a move; it’s a practical step forward: better setup, better flow, and more consistency in how we deliver.
2) New customers and new relationships
To everyone who trusted us for the first time in 2025: thank you. New relationships quickly sharpen standards, and we’ve valued the opportunity to prove ourselves.
3) The evolution of FESS Polska
One of the biggest highlights has been how quickly FESS Polska has developed. That momentum matters for the wider group and where we’re heading next.
One challenge (the honest bit)
This year also came with a clear challenge: managing multiple contracts at the same time, with labour stretched across multiple installs.
It’s a good problem in one sense: it stems from demand, but it still requires structure, planning, and supporting capacity. That’s something we’re taking seriously as we move into 2026.
One Thank-You (the important one)
Our biggest thank you goes to our employees and extended team who have worked tirelessly throughout 2025.
Projects don’t get delivered by promises. They are delivered by people who show up, solve problems, maintain high standards, and support one another when it’s busy.
A moment that mattered: Hull
This year, we also supported a Polish school charity initiative in Hull for children learning Polish, which matters to us, as a large part of our workforce is Polish. (20+) Facebook
A number we can share
In 2025, FESS Group covered over 100 projects, ranging from smaller 1–2 day works right through to 2–3 week installs.
That range is exactly why planning matters, and why we’re grateful for customers and partners who work with us in a straightforward, collaborative way.
Christmas & New Year shutdown dates
- Up to Monday 22 December: Business as usual
- Tuesday 23 December to Sunday 4 January: Closed
- From Monday 5 January: Normal service resumes
During this period, we won’t be providing project or engineering support.
